This policy applies to every order placed with LENG GLOBAL SDN. BHD. 202301045055 (1538970-H) and governs its cancellation, covering the period in which cancellation is possible, the procedure for requesting it and the treatment of the refund.
1. Period in which cancellation is possible
Two rules determine whether an order can still be stopped:
Standard window: an order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, and a full refund follows.
Processing limit: after 24 hours cancellation may not be possible, since the order may already have been processed or shipped by that point.
2. Procedure for requesting a cancellation
The request follows two steps in sequence:
Notification: the Customer contacts the customer service team immediately, quoting the Order Number.
Verification: the support team verifies the status of that order and confirms whether it remains eligible for cancellation.
3. Treatment of the refund
Where a cancellation is approved, the sum paid is returned:
Method: the refund is issued to the original payment method.
Timeline: a period of 7–14 business days should be allowed for that refund to be processed and reflected in the account.
