This policy applies to every order placed with LENG GLOBAL SDN. BHD. 202301045055 (1538970-H) for delivery within Malaysia, and it governs the four stages that follow payment: preparation, carriage, charging and tracking.
1. Regions the company serves
Delivery is available in two service areas:
Peninsular Malaysia: all states are within the network.
East Malaysia: Sabah & Sarawak are both served.
2. Preparation before dispatch
Two steps are completed before a parcel is released to a carrier:
Processing: every order is prepared within 1–3 business days, a period counted in working days so that weekends and public holidays fall outside it.
Notification: on dispatch, a confirmation email carrying the tracking information for that consignment is sent to the Customer.
3. Time the carrier takes
Carriage time is determined by destination, and because no overnight or next-day service is offered, the windows in the table are the applicable ones.
Those windows are estimates, and courier operations, seasonal holidays or extreme weather may extend any of them.
4. Charges that apply
Two rules govern what the Customer pays:
Free shipping: the standard shipping fee is waived on the order.
Qualification: where an order is a bulk or specialised promotional one, a fee may still be calculated at checkout from total weight and destination.
5. Tracking the consignment
Tracking is issued without the Customer having to ask:
Reference: a tracking number and a direct link are sent by email or SMS once the courier partner takes custody of the parcel.
Monitoring: that link reports the progress of the parcel in real time.
